Juan Carlos (JC) was born in Lima, Peru, where he used the unparalleled character of the city and breathtaking mountainous landscapes to perfect his artistic, photographic touch. He remains an avid fan of natural settings, yet he has also perfected the technicalities of studio lighting and indoor technique. JC’s personal drive for each photography session he conducts is simply to “capture that moment where everything is perfectly in its place.” His work continually fascinates its viewers, as JC makes it his personal signature to capture the magical realism that exists in each of his subjects. JC has photographed for personal models and fashion shows throughout Richmond and its surrounding areas, and he continues to expand his clientele with each event he attends.  JC currently reside in Henrico, VA with his beautiful wife and two children.

Kate has been photographing special events, from engagement celebrations to personal photography shoots, for over five years now. She moved to Richmond, Virginia three years ago in order to expand her client base, and she has since fallen deeply in love with the city. Her passion for photography is evident in her work, as she utilizes natural lighting and artistic outdoor settings to incorporate a sense of adventure and realism. Kate’s photography has filled restaurants and venues throughout Richmond, however she remains most proud of her photos that fill her clients’ wedding and family albums.
